Electromagnetic Directorate

Electromagnetic directorate is specialized in the design, production, and testing of electromagnetic components such as instrument transformers for measuring and protection, inductors, electromagnets, and separators for different industrial applications. It consists of the following activities:

 

 Current and voltage transformers production

All types of current and voltage transformers for measuring and protection are produced by either using molded case for low voltage system or by resin casting for medium voltage system. All equipments are available for this process, such as slitting machine for silicon steel sheets, core winding machine, linear and annular winding machines, annealing furnace, casting resin machine, molding machine in addition to large series of different dies as user request.

 

Electromagnetic components production

Different types of choks (AC, 3phase, 1phase & DC), electrical vibrators, and electromagnetic separators are produced to be used in many sites especially in cement and phosphate factories.

 

 

Electromagnetic field design

All designs for transformers, choks, and electrical magnets are done for all parameters including electrical, mechanical, and heat transfer calculation.

 

 

Electrical testing

All electrical tests according to international standards for all products are performed by available developed equipments such as accuracy test, ratio test, insulation test, impulse test and power frequency test, load test, and cold test.

The    Precipitators  are one of the basic techniques for air pollution control systems . it plays an important role in the treatment of  gases from cement factories , electrical power stations , oil refineries , lead and iron foundries ,and various types of industrial waste .

What makes us qualified for this challenge is that the scientific principles (physics or engineering ) for this technique lie  within our specialization and fields of work .

Our company looks forward to play a vital role for protecting Iraqi environment through its technical work and create , maintain , and develop environmental protection technology in : 

 
1. rehabilitation of damaged mechanical and electrostatic precipitators .
2. developing already running precipitators to meet the improved products in factories .
3. developing already running precipitators to meet the environmental laws limitations.
4. design of precipitators for new locations.
5. construction of precipitators for new locations.
6. manufacturing of some of the internal parts for precipitators .
7. training on ; the theory of precipitator's operation , maintenance , and preventive maintenance .

 

Together with the cooperation and support of our ministry (ministry of industry and minerals ) , environment ministry , and all other revant ministries we shall do our best to fullfil the slogan

  4. Compile and rehabilitation of all the banking systems in cooperation with international companies setting up and rehabilitation of all banking services, including Kardex and plug Bush and Jaap.
